Insulators (R5) (insulators) Track Description
|
|
Description
This track shows the locations of the insulator elements that have been annotated by the modENCODE
project. Class I insulator elements are defined as regions that are enriched in at least two of
the following components: CP190, BEAF32, and CTCF. Class II insulator elements are defined
as regions that are enriched in su(Hw).
